Worker RF Radiation Exposure Survey

This survey is being conducted by RF CHECK at the request of national and international labor unions. An additional survey will be available for all workers who frequent structures that host wireless antennas at a later date.

RF CHECK, as a neutral third party, is establishing a baseline for potential RF radiation over-exposure. RF radiation over-exposure may occur while workers perform their duties at commercial and governmental wireless transmission sites.

Any information that you furnish will remain confidential.
