CTIA-The Wireless Association® announced today that Vivian Lausevic joined the organization on December 1st as its Director of Government Affairs. In this role, she is responsible for working with members of Congress and their staff on legislative and policy matters that affect the wireless industry.
“The wireless industry is focused on a lot of topics right now, ranging from the spectrum inventory bill to net neutrality. With more than sixteen years of experience working with Congress, we know Vivian will be an excellent addition to the team,” said Steve Largent, President and CEO for CTIA-The Wireless Association.
Lausevic joined CTIA after serving as the Director of Public Affairs for the American Gas Association (AGA) where she was the lead lobbyist for both Chambers of Congress and the Department of Health and Human Services on the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Prior to AGA, she was Director of Political Affairs at Investment Company Institute, Director of Government Affairs at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Vice President of Business Development for Juno Online Services. She also served as a finance director and consultant on several federal and local campaigns.
