We the people of the United States petition Congress for the immediate placement of clear and visible warning labels on all cell phone packaging. The citizens of the United States are not being properly warned or protected against the harmful and potentially deadly health effects from these now ubiquitously used EMR (electromagnetic radiation) emitting products. Further, all warning labels should be paid for by industry.
Warning Labels should read as follows...
WARNING, Some scientific studies have shown serious health effects associated with electromagnetic radiation and this device, including cancer and reproductive health effects. It is recommended that pregnant women and children under the age of 21 keep this product away from their head and body.
It is a known fact that fetuses and children’s bodies are still developing and therefore more vulnerable to the harmful effects of exposure to environmental toxins.
Many countries have already issued public health warnings regarding children and cell phones, mandated new regulations, banned advertising cell phones to children under a certain age and may even be outlawing the use of cell phones by children under a certain age.

The Added Bonus of Financial Savings To The US By Mandating Warning Labels…
The US is in extreme financial crisis, health care costs being one of the leading causes of this problem. By placing warning labels on cell phones, the amount of money spent on healthcare in the US annually, will be drastically reduced for current and future generations, by the billions. An already financially troubled America should not have to pay these extra costs in completely preventable disease. The general devastation these preventable EMR related illnesses have on victims and their families are also a cost the public should not have to bear.
Warning labels on cell phones are sound economic planning, not to mention responsible care of our children, their health and the health of our and their future finances. This legislation is also consistent with President Obama's call for preventative health care measures, fiscal responsibility and transparency.
Our health, our children's health and the future health of our economy are at stake.
We demand Congress take immediate action on this bill.
